MAN’S AUTHORITY RELEASES GOD’S ABILITY

Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,”
God is able. Able to do anything that you are capable of asking. Able to do anything you need him to do.
If you need a financier, he is able.
If you need a physician, He is able.
If you need a lawyer, Councillor, advocate, you just name it. He is able. There is nothing he is not able to do where your needs are concerned. The truth is we can never understand or measure His ability.
But it’s not just enough to know that God is able. A lot of folks know that God is able, even the devil knows that God is able. Many of us just don’t know that God “will do” they don’t know what He will do. If all you know is that “God is able” then you’re never going to get anything done in your life. You have to know that “he will do”
Let’s take a close look at the scripture, Eph. 3:20.
Let’s take the phrases and words apart so as to understand better.
Note this: asking something of God is a form of worship. I’ll say it again, when you ask God for something, you are telling Him that only Him has the ability to do such as you are asking, you are putting Him in a class all by Himself. You are telling Him “there is none like Him.” Notice that this verse is a praise, Paul was just acknowledging the ability and capability of God in worship.
“Now unto Him that is”
“Able to do”
“Exceedingly abundantly”
“Above all that we ask or think,”
“According to the power that is at work in us.”
Able do means God can do all that the human mind can conceive, all that you can imagine, desire or think.
Exceedingly abundantly says He will go “beyond doing” “excess doing” “more than enough doing” “extraordinary doing.” What I’m trying to say is that He will not just do but He will surpass whatever there is to do. He will stretch it until you can no longer comprehend.
Above ALL is the most interesting part, this level tells me that God has no limit to what He is capable of doing. Think of it like this, if He can make the earth out of nothing. The earth that houses all humans and other things. What is it that little old you would ask of Him that He cannot do?
GOD’S ABILITY TO DO IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR AUTHORITY TO ASK
How many times do you quote this scripture “He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think,” and you stop there? Try to take it to the end “according to the power that is at work in us” that’s showing us that Gods ability to is conditional. It is dependent on His power that is at work in us-the indwelling Spirit of God-the power that lies dormant in us.
Get this: God does not bless lazy believers; the power has to be working in you. If it were just about the ability of God to do, then He will manifest His ability without us doing anything at all.

The Bible makes us to understand in Matt 18:18 “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” It did not say if heaven binds it then its bound on earth. God has the ability to bind the devil and make sure he never raises a finger against you. But He gives you the authority to bind and reserves the ability to himself. GET THIS: you do not have the “ability” to do anything, you only have the authority to do. Let me explain,
the police man in uniform at the cross junction raises his hand and tells the (5,000) five-thousand-pound bus to stop and the bus has no option than to hit the brakes and come to a halt. Now how does a man of about 150-200 pounds stop a bus of 5,000 pounds? He stood there in uniform (the whole amour of God) in the authority of the law and by just a wave of hand he stops all the cars.
