Expel Sin From Your Life

It is sacrosanct to prevail with God in prayer, and that’s exactly what you need. But the truth is, if you’re going to prevail with God in prayer, and have results from him, the first thing you must do is to repent, ask for forgiveness and believe that you have been forgiven. Isaiah 59:1&2 says ‘’behold, the Lords hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that he will not hear’’ you can’t fellowship with God upon your sins. God is a righteous god, He is just and Holy and there is no way you can have a connection with Him while there’s sin in your life. 1John 2:1 says ‘’My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if ye may sin, we have an advocate with the father, Jesus Christ the righteousness.’’  You don’t have to sin, but peradventure you do, repent quickly, receive forgiveness and live right. That’s why in verse 9 of same 1John 1 it says ‘’if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness’’
I so love the last phrase in that verse; ‘’…and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.’’ This is one of the most powerful verse I’ve ever come in contact with in the bible, this means that as soon as I ask for forgiveness, God

forgives me and makes me right with Him, giving me asses to all of His person. His word is a cleanser; it sanctifies and purifies your heart of sin and all unrighteousness. Give yourself to the Word of God today.
