5 points that say you love money

The bible tells us that ‘’the love of money is the root of all evil…’’ (1Timothy 6:10) But then I began to wonder, what is really the love of money? how would you know you love money? Is it bad to love money? If you don’t love money how do you get it?
I’ll try to answer these questions with 5points:
First, note this; the bible says ‘’…the love of money…’’ not the abundance of it ‘’is the root of all evil.

              1.     To know that you love money, measure how much your life and actions are controlled by money. If its above 20% you like money, when it’s above 40%, you love money. (if you’re honest with yourself)
              2.     The love of money is when all your actions are motivated by the monetary benefit that awaits you at the end. In other words, you can do anything to earn money, regardless of what it is or who you’ll hurt in the process.
             3.     When you’re unjust to others just because of money, you love money. When you deny other of things that rightfully belong to them because of your desire to amass more from yourself.
             4.     Someone can be poor and still love money, the love of money doesn’t mean you’ll get it. So, constantly develop your personality, work on ‘’being,’’ and not on ‘’having,’’ for with who you are, you’ll have.
           5.     If after reading the last four points you’re still not clear whether you love money or not. Then you’re in-love with money. Go back to the Word of God and ask God to help you break out from such habit.
