Grasp.

Have you ever heard the saying "old habits die hard" or "habits die hard"? well, it just occurred to me, why we think change is difficult to achieve is because we don't fully grasp the saying "habits die hard". The truth is when you have been doing a particular thing for too long ,that thing becomes a habit, therefore, it will take time, energy, patience, endurance, and determination to break the habit and effect change.
But if we are able to understand the concept, the process will be a lot easier.
